Bjarki is a handcrafted Icelandic vodka that is distilled under vacuum. It is made from Icelandic birch, taken from Hallormsstaðarskógur forest near Egilsstaðir, and corn sprouts. Birch branches are mixed with the sprouts and then distilled under a vacuum

at low temperature, using only the hot water in the taps. This method makes Bjarki extremely mild and aromatic and it is especially useful in a cocktail. He is also good on his own.
