Björk is a handcrafted Icelandic liqueur made from Icelandic birch, Icelandic birch syrup and corn sprouts. The birch is taken from Hallormsstaðarskógur forest near Egilsstaðir. The birch branches are mixed with the sprout and birch syrup is added at the end to sweeten the liqueur. Björk is a fragrant and sweet liqueur that can be drunk on its own or mixed with e.g. tonic or sparkling wine
