Intense garnet colour with purple highlights./Flattering nose with intense cooked red fruit aromas (blackcurrant, plum). The ageing in oak gives delicate toasty and vanilla notes with a hint of cocoa./Round and well balanced with ripe and velvety tannins. The finish is long with intense red fruit aromas./Red meat, ripe cheeses. Try with Pyrenees cheese, black cherry jam and walnut bread. – Serve between 16°C and 18°C.
