Château Tour de Val is a splendid 2ha vineyard, located on the Saint-Emilion plateau, facing South North. Composed of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, manual harvesting allows perfect selection of ripe grapes. Aging for 18 months in barrels brings delicate vanilla notes and gives the wine an aging potential of 8 to 10 years.

Deep red color with ruby highlights. Expressive nose full of red berry aromas (strawberry, raspberry) and toasted cocoa notes. Harmonious, with ripe fruit flavours (blackberry jam) and rich in soft tannins. Long and smooth finish. Perfect with red meats, roasted duck with honey, cheeses and chocolate desserts. Best served between 16°C and 18°C.
