White wine with a cristalline color. Aromas of white flowers, fruity aromas with a touch of fresh white pepper and lemon hints. The palate is fresh, dynamic with a well balanced acidity combined with an elegant roundess and richness. To be serves at a temperature of 10°C with shellfish, fresh sea food or a plater of charcuterie.
