The powerful Lindeman's BIN 50 Shiraz from Australia is a pure wine made from the Shiraz grape variety. When the grapes for this Australian red wine are perfectly ripe, they are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest time of day to preserve their aromas. After the hand-picking, the grapes quickly reach the press house. Here they are selected and gently broken up. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures follows. The vinification is followed by a maturation.
