After carefully tending the land, after selecting the vines and treating the grapes as they merit, we put all of our care and subtlety into the preparation of this Garnacha Old Vines, without irrigation and with a limited production; which provides the wine with a greater concentration of polyphenols, tannins and colorants. It is fermented at a low temperature, pumped over and allowed to macerate for several days to obtain a young, elegant, well-structured wine with enough body and colour to show all of the characteristics of a young wine that identifies us.
