A new interpretation of white wines: Pinot Grigio with Appaxximento, unique white wine blend made with fresh and semi-dried grapes. Finely judged blend of the two native grape varieties; technique employed in vinification. Overripened Verduzzo (unusual technique for an elegant white wine) on racks ferments in barriques and balances the fresh acidity of Pinot Grigio. Selected grapes cultivated at Strà del Milione (Udine). Flexible wine-food pairing.

Strong pale straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. Elegant ripe fruit aromas on the nose, apricots and peaches particularly, blending into pineapple tropical fruit aromas. Good body and freshness on the palate with generous ripe fruit flavours coming through from the nose with a slight lemon twist at the end. Dry and very long on the finish.
