A precious and bright spumante with straw- yellow colour and light green hues. With a fine and persistent perlage, this is a fresh, balanced and elegant wine with scents recalling ripe fruits, honey, and acacia blossoms. On the palate, it brings forth its uniqueness through intense aromas recalling golden delicious and pear, with a slightly bitter yet pleasant aftertaste. This is a very versatile wine, due to the perfect balance between acidity, sapidity, and moderate residual sugar levels.
