100 % made from Beaujolais and Mommessin iconic grape variety : black gamay (Gamay noir) with white juice, the wine shows a ruby red colour with violet reflections and reveals red berry fruit and violet aromas. In the mouth, it is rich and supple, elegant and nicely balanced.Best enjoyed at a temperature of 14 - 16°C. Drink with lamb, grilled fish or scallops, fresh tofu, cured meats, a light stew, kidneys, pizza, barbecues, light soups and blue cheese.
