Wild Old Tom is made from our botanicals that we collect from Iceland’s untamed nature and blend them with pure spring water to create this handcrafted, amber gin. This unfiltered oak aged gin is bursting with the flavour of smoked junipers, arctic thyme and angelica root. A gin that captures the complexity of the Arctic wild.
