Ron Zacapa® XO™ is a blend of rums distilled from the sweetest first-crush sugar cane and aged for 6 to 25 years. It is matured using the Solera System – a traditional, dynamic ageing process that blends rums of different ages, which are then stored in specially selected barrels to give each a unique flavour profile. This rum is aged in barrels that have previously held bourbon, sherry, Pedro Ximénez wine and Cognac. The resulting spirit is a perfectly balanced combination of sweetness, spice and fruit.

Warm nose, complex and balanced with mature fruits, wooden and bitter cocoa notes. Very full bodied. Smooth in the mouth, rounded, warm, spiced with chocolate, almond and vanilla notes. Long tasting with fine wooden notes.
