The grapes used in the production of this wine come from ideally located vineyards, with perfect soil quality, in the communities of Barbaresco and Neive. The wine is aged for one year, with the fining continuing in-bottle for 12 months, before it is finally taken to the market.

The Barbaresco Tradizione reaches its initial maturity some 3 years after harvest, but is matured further for another 3 to 20 years. A venerable family tradition

Ofnæmisvaldar: Contains sulphites

Garnet-red colour with ruby highlights. Intense perfume with clean scents of ripe fruit, roses, tobacco and spices. A full, elegant and austere flavour with a good body and lingering hints to the olfactory senses. This well structured wine complements red meats, stewed dishes and aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 18°C.
