The grapes for the Molitor-Riesling origin from the classic vineyard sites of the Mosel Valley. The juice was fermented very slowly only by natural yeasts. A long-term storage "sur lie" in stainless steal tanks, which followed fermentation, produced a fine fruity and well-balanced wine.
